Food Support
We encompass a deep understanding of the pressing challenges faced by the communities we serve
We help to address food insecurity by providing essential nourishment to those in need. We successfully collect and distribute a surplus of food to the the most vulnerable community members, combating hunger and promoting social welfare. Our efforts help to provide immediate relief and contribute to long-term sustainability by raising awareness about food waste and advocating for systemic changes.

Through our experience working with multiple ECDs, we recognise that there are many hidden barriers to learning. We ensure that all of our centres are equipped with a high quality kitchen
Disaster Relief
We also play a crucial role in disaster relief efforts by focusing on the critical task of repairing buildings. Due to their informal urban structures, fires and flooding are common in our beneficiary communities.
Mobilising skilled volunteers and resources, we assess the damage caused by natural or man-made disasters and promptly initiate repair projects. Through our expertise in construction and restoration, we diligently works to rebuild homes, schools, and other vital structures, instilling a renewed sense of strength and resilience within affected communities. Our commitment to creating positive social impact in Vryground is a testament to our compassion, empathy, and dedication, making Bluemoon a beacon of hope in times of distress and a pillar of support for those in need.
In 2016, we established a Bedding/Blanket drive in partnership with the Tsogo Sun group and VHP Holdings. This initiative has been a phenomenal success and has helped numerous families in need.

In collaboration with our partners, we provide a welcome pack of bedding, including sheets, towels, blankets, mats, toiletries, and other essentials to beneficiaries when the keys to their new homes are handed over. This initiative ensures that beneficiaries have a comfortable and welcoming start to their new lives in their new homes.

This initiative aligns with our commitment to sustainable community development. The Bedding/Blanket drive, in particular, provides a tangible solution to a specific need and helps create a sense of community and belonging.
